• Media Returns: Open product cannot be returned for any reason.
• Order Cancellations: Any order that are 90 days or older cannot be canced for a refund.

In addition, University of Minnesota students enrolled in at least on credit can purchase one year licenses of JMP, Matlab, NVivo, and SAS and a perpetual license good for as long as they are a student for LabView through the Student Campus Agreement Program.
